Welcome to the Academy
Glory Academy invites children into the Presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit so that they may step into the glory of God, live an abundant life overflowing with His fullness and power, and carry His glory all the days of their lives, releasing it wherever they go.
Why We Exist
Sundays at church are a valuable time to lay a foundation for knowing God and His goodness. And we believe Christian homes are the most important place for children to come to know God as they receive truth from their parents in their daily lives and in spontaneous teachable moments. But what if you could intentionally set aside one full day a week for your child to seek after God’s heart, to recognize His voice, and to enjoy His Presence?
The Glory Academy is a place for children to spend time enjoying the Presence of God – through worship and The Word, art, nature, hearing glory stories of those who have gone before us, and of course through laughter and fun! We believe once children have their own personal encounters in God’s glory, they will be empowered to take His glory to their world and beyond!
A Day at the Academy
12:00pm-1:00pm
Large Group.
Fun with skits, engaging games, worship, dynamic teaching from the Word.
Starting at 1:00pm-1:30pm
Snack Break.
Bring your own snack or purchase a snack from the Snack Shack at Deer Run. Enjoy the beauty and fun of Deer Run while you visit and play with friends in the great outdoors.
1:30pm-3:30pm
Encounter Groups.
Children will go to breakout sessions where they will explore the glory and wonders of God through hands-on activities with nature, are children’s literature, and much more.
3:30pm-4:00pm
Large Group.
We will give God a turn to speak to our hearts and use this time minister to one another.
